Robo-Loop
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
In a world who's population has been taken over by robots, Loop-bot, a robot capable of looping back in time up to 5 hours, takes centre stage for this game.
Time looping is a very useful ability... Unless you find yourself switched off and then incarcerated for days before re-activation. Loop-bot, or Mc as they like to go by, found themselves in this predicament. Looping back isn't very useful when all you can do is re-live the past 5 hours of cell time... But fortune rings a bell, as a little cleaning rooba-bot (legally distinct trust), finds its way into Mc's cell for some cleaning. Finally, it's time for Mc to take action, and use their abilities to break out of this prison!
Figure out the best way to spend your energy to learn hints for your notebook on where items are in the world, then loop back and use that information to complete tasks you wouldn't have the energy for before, or logistically couldn't complete, in this short, simple puzzle game.
Game may look a little blurry/wrong in fullscreen mode due to the pixelart style, so play in windowed if this happens for you! Use default unity alt+enter to switch between windowed and fullscreen. Also the Linux and Mac builds are untested so are less likely to work due to lack of owning any suitable Linux or Mac device, sorry!
